Our corporate solicitors provide a comprehensive range of corporate transactional services, including mergers and acquisitions (both public and private), management buy-outs and buy-ins, trade sales and disposals, private equity, capital markets transactions (including IPOs and reverse takeovers on the Main Market and AIM) and VCT investment. We also handle company formations, reorganisations and restructuring, joint ventures, shareholder and investment agreements and advise on general company law compliance and corporate governance. We also advise on share schemes and other employee incentives, from EMI schemes to more bespoke arrangements.
