She deals with claims for British holidaymakers injured abroad under the Package Travel Regulations, or if the Regulations do not apply, under the applicable foreign law, such as: Spanish, French, German, Italian, Romanian, Polish or Greek laws, with the assistance of local lawyers.
Yasmina also represents Spanish and French nationals who are victims of accidents in the UK, for instance road traffic accidents including pedestrians hit by a car and claims against employers or the public administration.
In her defendant practice, she acts for Spanish and French insurers defending claims brought in the UK courts, involving complex issues of applicable law, liability and quantum of damages.
