Virginie is a bilingual solicitor, qualified in England and Wales with extensive knowledge of French personal injury law.

  • Instructed by a French legal expenses insurer to pursue a claim for their insured, a French food producer, in a contract dispute with a UK supermarket over product quality and unpaid invoices. Successfully secured a settlement of £85,000.
  • Defended a claim involving British claimants in a fatal collision in France. One of the claimants was left with life-changing physical and psychological injuries and received compensation of more than £2million.
