Tania is a Partner in the family team based in Birmingham. She has 25 years' experience in all areas of family law, providing clients with a pragmatic, tailored, robust and effective approach to resolution whilst never losing sight of the client's priorities and objectives. She focuses on achieving constructive solutions outside court where possible as well as through traditional litigation. Her ability to handle sensitive cases with both empathy and commercial awareness is recognised.

Tania's areas of practice include divorce, pre and post-nuptial agreements and arrangements for children with particular specialism in financial consequences arising as a result of a relationship breakdown. Considerable experience in cases involving family businesses, generational wealth, trusts, property portfolios in the UK and overseas together with pension sharing.

Cases of note include a client attracted away from a magic circle firm with assets over £125million, case involving complex trust issues, disputes regarding post-separation accrued wealth, overseas property and a private law children matter with serious allegations of radicalisation.

Tania is a member of Resolution and a trained collaborative lawyer.
