Stephanie is the Head of Business Development leading the Bids and Client Development Teams within Weightmans. Stephanie has in depth commercial experience and a  proven ability to successfully deliver Business Development and change on every scale. 

As the Head of Business Development, Stephanie is responsible for driving bids and client relationship growth initiatives, forging high-impact partnerships and identifying new opportunities to expand Weightmans reach and revenue
Stephanies role involves leading cross-functional teams to develop and nurturing key client relationships, executing go-to-market strategies and aligning our business development efforts with Weightmans overall vision and objectives.
