Sian Jones

Sian is a Chartered Legal Executive in the Private Wealth Team based in our Liverpool Office and deals with a variety of Private Client matters.

Sian is experienced in the administration of estates, including applying for the Grant of Probate or Grant of Letters of Administration on testate and intestate estates, as well as administering both taxable and non-taxable estates.

Sian assists clients with preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney and advises on the operation of Powers.

Sian is experienced in drafting Wills to meet the individual needs of her clients and provides estate planning advice including the operation of inheritance tax.
