Sarah is an Associate in the employment, pensions and immigration team in Liverpool.
Sarah is an experienced employment lawyer, who has advised a diverse range of sectors including specialist aviation, manufacturing, care, schools, local authority, charities, security and GP practices and dental practices. Sarah advises both on contentious and non-contentious basis, conducting Tribunal advocacy and advises on all aspects of employment law: Providing day to day advice to clients including on disciplinary matters, capability, grievances, restructures and redundancies and TUPE. She advises taking into account her clients objectives and any regulatory obligations they may have. Sarah is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. Sarah has also delivered training in employment law to various audiences from Cilex students through to bespoke client training.
