Formerly of RadcliffesLeBrasseur, Sam is a Partner in the health sector team, advising clients in relation to regulatory, disciplinary and criminal investigations and prosecutions in the healthcare sector.
Sam is ranked in Band 1 in the Chambers and Partners 2018 legal directory. He is one of the many partners in the department ranked by the legal directories for professional disciplinary and regulatory matters.
Sam is a skilled advocate and frequently advises and represents his clients before statutory regulators, disciplinary panels and coroners.
He has had conduct of many complex matters before the General Medical Council (GMC), General Dental Council (GDC), High Court and Crown Court on behalf of doctors, dentists and other healthcare professionals.
Sam also undertakes judicial review applications.
Sam draws on his expertise as a criminal solicitor and over 15 years’ experience in the firm dealing with complex and high profile hearings and appeals for healthcare clients.
