Rebekah Page is an Associate within our employment, pensions and immigration team, working remotely from Aberdeen in Scotland.
Rebekah has specialised in employment law since qualifying as a solicitor in 2020. She is an experienced Employment Tribunal advocate, and has appeared regularly across Scotland, England and Wales. Rebekah commenced her qualified career acting for employees within Tribunal litigation, before joining a specialised employment law firm acting for employers.
She recently worked in-house for one of the UK’s largest employers, conducting Tribunal litigation across the group. This has provided her with a unique insight into the inner workings of large employers, ensuring she can meet the needs of her clients. She handles a diverse caseload of complex cases including unfair dismissals, discrimination, whistleblowing as well as TUPE and trade union matters.
Rebekah has a breadth of experience working with the telecommunications sector, as well as clients within transport and care. Rebekah also regularly advises clients on settlement agreements, policy changes and disciplinary matters.
