Known for her personable approach, Radhika is an experienced employment lawyer who re-joined Weightmans after spending time working in house at a local authority.

While in-house, as well as providing expert employment advice in the context of local government, Radhika worked collaboratively with the commercial contracts team and the relevant council directorates facilitating project work and providing strategic advice to minimise the council’s exposure to the risk of liabilities. In addition to working with local authorities, Radhika also provides employment law advice to schools, academies and NHSE.

Radhika has experience of advising on and providing tribunal support on the full spectrum of employment law including: unfair dismissal, TUPE (insourcing and outsourcing), discrimination (with a keen interest in disability discrimination), investigations, grievances, bullying & harassment, whistleblowing, disciplinary and capability processes.

As well as delivering training to HR managers and committee members, Radhika was a regular presenter at school conferences. Radhika provides regular updates on changes to employment law and interesting case law affecting public sector bodies and have been featured in LLG and other publications.
