Pamela is instructed to advise on the terms and application of professional indemnity insurance, Directors and Officers insurance and EL and PL insurances, dealing with issues such as late notification, the duty to provide insurers with a fair presentation of the risk on inception/renewal, aggregation and policy exclusions. She has also represented insurers in an arbitration in respect of policy coverage.

An experienced negotiator and litigator, Pamela regularly deals with high value, complex claims in the High Court, Technology and Construction Court and the Business and Property Court. She is also experienced in dealing with construction disputes referred to adjudication.
