Natalie Kidd is an Associate specialising in housing management and is based in our Manchester office.

Natalie qualified as a solicitor in 2015 and joined Weightmans in October 2024. 

Natalie primarily represents social housing providers in actions including: anti-social behaviour injunctions; claims for possession; advising on and drafting tenancy policies; common law breach of tenancy injunctions including access and hoarding; and trespass claims.

In additional advises private landlords in matters of Section 21 and Section 8 possession claims before the County Court.

Natalie has represented local authorities, housing associations and private landlords in all aspects of housing management.   In a previous role she also acted for unrepresented defendants as the Court Duty Solicitor across the county courts of Stockport, Cheshire and Chester.
