Mike Follis

Mike Follis has over 30 years’ experience assisting clients to optimise their financial position in relation to divorce and separation.

Mike is a Consultant Solicitor in the family team based in Birmingham. He has almost 40 years’ experience specialising in family law in the Midlands and Birmingham, heading up teams at various firms over the course of his distinguished career.

Mike provides expert and clear advice to clients who are often facing a challenging period in their lives. He believes that it is important for his clients to make informed decisions once the merits of various options have been properly analysed and evaluated by them with his support and guidance. 

Mike has a particular expertise advising clients with complicated financial and business arrangements, including pensions, trusts and overseas assets.  He deals with all divorce and dissolution related matters, same sex relationships, pre and post nuptial settlements, financial settlements for married and unmarried couples, arrangements for children and domestic abuse.

Mike is part of the winning team named Family Law Firm of the Year at the LexisNexis Family Law Awards.
