
Mark qualified as a solicitor in 2017 and has worked in Healthcare Litigation since 2012. He has worked defending NHS and GP claims since 2018.
Mark has experience working on a wide variety of clinical negligence claims of varying complexity including surgical injuries, orthopaedic injuries, dental injuries, anaesthetic awareness, delayed diagnosis of cancer and claims relating to the death of a patient.
More recently, Mark has specialised in claims relating to Adult Neurological and Spinal Injuries including delayed diagnosis of Cauda Equina Syndrome and life changing brain injuries.
Mark has experience of settling a range of cases including seven-figure settlements requiring complex quantum calculations. He also has experience of successfully defending cases at Trial.
Mark has an active role outside the day to day job and has recently set up the Merseyside Legal Men’s Wellbeing Group — a group designed to help remove the stigma around Men’s Menal Health in the legal profession. He has also sat on the Merseyside Junior Lawyers Division as Vice Chair and is passionate about the development of Junior Lawyers.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys watching and playing football and golf. He can also be found out with his dog in local parks and beaches.
