Lily qualified as a Solicitor in 2021 and joined the regulatory team at Weightmans in June 2023 having practised as a criminal defence solicitor.
She has a broad range of experience in complex criminal matters, including conducting her own advocacy and representing clients at police interview under caution.
She is a regulatory lawyer specialising in advising individuals, public bodies, and corporate entities in respect of criminal and regulatory investigations. She regularly represents individuals and organisations in Magistrates’ and Crown Court proceedings in respect of the full spectrum of road traffic, regulatory and criminal offences. She assists senior colleagues in the preparation of healthcare and police inquests and has experience in representing Core Participants to a Public Inquiry.
