Lauren has experience advising company clients and clients in the public sector on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. She regularly supports clients with employment tribunal litigation and has experience in advocacy at various stages of the tribunal process, from substantive preliminary hearings to multi-day final hearings.

Lauren also advises on day-to-day employment matters such as grievance and disciplinary issues, contract and policy documentation and settlement agreements.

Lauren also acts for individuals predominately in relation to negotiating favourable settlement packages and advising on settlement agreement terms.
