Kristian has been with Weightmans for over 4 years, having joined as a trainee in 2020 and qualifying as a Solicitor in 2022. His experience covers both the public and private sectors, where he has assisted clients by providing practical and commercial advice in relation to their day-to-day HR and ER concerns. These matters vary from supporting on issues such as disciplinaries, grievances and TUPE transfers to guiding on employment contracts, workplace policies and settlement agreements.

Kristian’s knowledge of employment law allows him to represent our clients in the Employment Tribunal, where he advocates on a range of different issues, such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy and wage dispute claims. He has also recently assisted on a large-scale group action of over 2000 equal pay claims, a mass redundancy exercise for a manufacturing client and completed a full policy and procedure audit for a client with a global workforce spanning multiple continents.
