Konrad is an Associate in our disputes team based in our Manchester office. Konrad deals with a wide range of complex corporate and commercial disputes. He advises individuals and businesses on contractual claims (including breach of contract claims), corporate and shareholder disputes (including unfair prejudice petitions and breach of directors’ duties), partnership disputes, fraud claims, restraint of trade matters (including employee restrictive covenants) and defamation.
Konrad has extensive experience of proceedings in the County Court as well as various divisions of the High Court, including the King’s Bench Division, Chancery Division and Business and Property Courts. He has assisted on a number of injunctions (acting for both applicant and respondent) and has successfully helped to secure interlocutory freezing and proprietary orders.
Konrad also has extensive experience dealing with multi-jurisdictional disputes, contentious insolvency matters, a variety of interlocutory applications, obtaining interim remedies and large disclosure exercises.
