Kerris Dale joined Weightmans in August 2024 as a Partner based in our Cardiff region.
Kerris has over 30 years experience in handling defendant insurer casualty claims developing a particular specialism in complex catastrophic injury claims, which include brain injury, spinal and catastrophic injury claims. She is a member of the ABI’s Vehicle Technology Working Group and has supported the work of this group in lobbying for Insurer requirements for dealing with claims involving automated vehicles. She has recently authored a paper for the ABI discussing insurer requirements for data sharing from the automated vehicle in the event of a collision.
