Kelly has represented Local Authority clients since qualification in 2013 and has specialised in child protection law for the last 5 years.
Kelly advises, manages and advocates on behalf of local authority clients in all aspects of public law childcare proceedings including pre-proceedings, toxic trio cases, applications to the High Court for deprivation of liberty and secure accommodation orders and non-accidental injury cases. Kelly has a particular interest in matters with cross-border/international and multi-jurisdiction elements.
