Jessica Neary

Jessica is a Partner in our Healthcare team based in Manchester.

Jessica’s work focuses on acting for NHS Resolution representing NHS Trusts and other healthcare providers in clinical negligence claims. She has over 15 years experience of investigating and advising on complex medical negligence issues including birth injury, delays in diagnosis of cancer, spinal and brain injuries and fatal claims. She is notable in her ability to identify the key issues in a case from the outset and offers practical, commercial solutions whilst supporting clients during what can be a stressful and lengthy process. Jessica is approachable and collegiate in her approach to litigation but robust where necessary to ensure the best outcome for her clients. 

Jessica has acted for NHS Resolution, Medical Defence Organisations, NHS Trusts and GP providers in a wide range of clinical negligence claims arising out of a variety of medical issues although her area of expertise is in claims arising following complications during pregnancy, during delivery and postnatally. She also supports junior lawyers within the business to ensure a high level of client service is provided.
