Jessica is a Partner in our Commercial Litigation team who deals with a wide range of high value, complex commercial disputes, including contractual claims, construction-related disputes, corporate disputes (including shareholder claims), professional negligence claims and intellectual property. She also has extensive experience in brand protection, including product liability, brand infringement claims and defamation/reputation management. She has expertise in acting for both claimants and defendants.

Jessica is regularly involved in all types of alternative dispute resolution and has resolved a number of claims for clients through mediation and without prejudice meetings.

She is regularly instructed by a variety of clients including individuals, corporate bodies, insurers and owner-managed businesses. Jessica also provides operational management responsible for the northern regions of the commercial litigation department.
