Jemima is a Solicitor in the International Private Wealth team in London, she qualified in September 2024, having completed her training contract with the firm. 

Jemima assists clients with all aspects of private client law, including estate planning, trusts, probate, administration of estates, tax planning and mental capacity. 

Jemima has a particular interest in the preparation of Wills, taking a holistic approach to generational succession planning and asset protection for UK based and international clients. Jemima is experienced advising on lifetime gifting, and the inheritance tax and capital gains tax implications of such estate planning. Jemima is also well versed at advising clients on Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Jemima is proficient at dealing with complex capacity issues and vulnerable clients, including looking at testamentary capacity and completing deputyship applications with the Court of Protection.
