James is a commercial litigator and member of our ESG team who advises on a broad range of disputes across a variety of sectors. 

He regularly acts on disputes arising out of commercial contracts, SPAs (breach of warranty), shareholder disputes (unfair prejudice, hostile board/shareholders, calling EGM’s, dilution of shares, etc.), supply-chain disputes (with an increasing focus on ESG) and also negligence claims, including professional negligence. James is also highly experienced in alternative dispute resolution and has represented clients at numerous successful mediations and other forms of structured settlement negotiations.
