Hannah Clark

Hannah is a commercial solicitor and Legal Director in our Birmingham office. 

Hannah has spent over 13 years providing commercial law advice to manufacturing, technology and professional services clients with special focus on intellectual property and data protection. She has substantial experience in providing legal advice on manufacturing and distribution agreements taking into account a range of factors including but not limited to multiparty contributions to process, customer supplied materials and regulatory compliance requirements. She also has extensive experience in drafting and advising upon intellectual property licencing linked both to brand portfolios, manufacturing and technology including software.

Having herself fulfilled the role of a data protection officer, Hannah has practical experience of the application of data protection legislation and has advised on data protection compliance as part of product and service development and both data processing and data sharing agreements. Acting for a range of IT service providers and technology based product development businesses Hannah has regularly advised on sales agency arrangements, software development agreements, supply agreements, MSAs and transitional services arrangements including in joint venture arrangements.

Hannah also has drafted and advised upon constitution documents for professional services firms and trade associations. She also has experience providing legal advice to various participants in the entertainment, events and marketing industries having advised authors, performers, exhibitors, sponsors and events organisers.
