Hamzah is an Associate in the property litigation team based in our Leeds office.
Hamzah deals with a variety of housing management issues including housing disrepair, possession proceedings, access injunctions and breach of leasehold covenants.
Hamzah also has experience in dispute resolution and has dealt with a wide arrange of matters such as complex Section 106 agreement disputes to boundary and contract disputes.
Hamzah has extensive litigation experience running a variety of matters for both Claimants and Defendants from the on the set through to trial.
