Frank is an Associate in our corporate team based in our Liverpool office.
He specialises in personal and corporate insolvency (both contentious and non-contentious), acting on behalf of a large number of key clients across the firm in a number of areas including the pre-pack sale/purchase of businesses, advising on tax disputes with HMRC, opposing and supporting insolvency processes for individuals and/or companies, partnership insolvency queries and CVAs. With a keen eye for detail and a strong commercial approach, he secures great results for clients in claims arising out of bankruptcy, liquidation and administration, advising office-holders, directors, creditors, and other stakeholders.
Alongside his insolvency portfolio, Frank has extensive experience in dealing with complex litigation across various practice areas and has conduct of a large number of litigated commercial disputes.
