Felicity specialises in EL/PL and motor claims. She handles a wide spectrum of claims including traumatic brain injuries of the utmost severity in both adults and children.
She regularly handles catastrophic personal injury claims where there are complex liability and causation arguments. She has a particular experience in in settlement of complex claims on a PPO basis to include provision for reverse indemnities and is well versed in handling public funding issues arising in catastrophic cases.

- Gul v McDonagh (1) MIB (2) [2021] EWCA Civ 1503 — The Court of Appeal provided guidance in respect of contributory negligence in claims involving vulnerable Claimants.
