Emma is a Principal Associate in our commercial team, based in Liverpool. Emma advises and delivers training on a range of commercial contracts, technology, data protection and IP work, including advertising regulation and sponsorship arrangements.
After training in house within the drinks industry, Emma spent time at international and national law firms, advising organisations in both the public and private sector and undertaking several secondments to major clients. High profile projects have included advising on Premier League kit sponsorship and supply deals, implementation of new practice management software for an international professional services provider and ensuring data protection compliance of the covid-19 test events held in Liverpool during lockdown.
With varied in house experience, Emma is confident working directly with businesses to interpret legalities and help clients achieve their preferred commercial outcomes. Emma also has significant experience of supporting in house lawyers.
