Emily qualified in 2018 and is a Principal Associate in the corporate department, based in the London office.
Emily has experience advising both private and public sector clients on corporate matters with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, investments, corporate restructuring, joint venture arrangements, shareholders' agreements and articles of association, as well as corporate governance and company law.
