Deepak is a commercial lawyer with extensive experience in the public sector with particular focus on providing procurement law and commercial contracts advice.

Deepak has worked in the public sector for over 12 years working in local government and police authorities and has experience of overseeing large infrastructure and outsourcing projects, including sitting on several project boards to provide governance and procurement advice.

Deepak has advised and drafted several frameworks, call off contracts, contract variations, construction and collaboration agreements, including, providing advice relating to the in house and co-operation exemptions.

Deepak is also skilled in advising clients on a wide range of complex legal issues including contract drafting, negotiation, risk management and regulatory compliance.
