David joined Weightmans in 2022 and is based in our Liverpool office. David deals with a wide variety of public liability and employers’ liability claims on behalf of numerous local authorities, schools / universities and academies, housing associations and other public sector organisations across the country.
David has particular expertise in defending claims pursued under the Highways Act 1980 and the Occupiers Liability Act 1957.
David has a track record of securing many discontinuances and successfully defending many cases at trial.
