Dan is an Associate Solicitor in the property litigation team based in the Liverpool office.
Dan has experience of dealing with landlord and tenant disputes including housing disrepair claims, possession proceedings, counterclaims, access injunctions and Environmental Protection Act claims.
Dan has an abundance of litigation experience acting both for claimants and defendants from inception of the matter to trial.
Dan has acted for tenants (in his previous firm) and now for large registered providers or housing association landlords in bringing action against tenants or defending against tenant claims that may arise.
In his experience of acting for both sides in landlord and tenant disputes, Dan feels this has provided a rare insight which provides a tactical advantage in seeking to resolve disputed matters either pre-issue or during the course of litigation.
