Christine joined Weightmans in 1992 and predominantly deals with access injunctions relating to gas, electrical and fire safety inspections for a number of Registered Provider clients, successfully obtaining access orders on their behalf.
Christine also has experience in assisting with various housing management matters for several Registered Providers, Local Authorities and commercial clients — including antisocial behaviour injunctions, possession proceedings and lease renewals. Her experience includes handling matters at both pre-action and litigated stages.
