Chris is a Partner within our health sector team. He defends claims brought in clinical and dental negligence and medical malpractice.
He has a background of working for medical and dental defence organisations and health insurers where treatment has been provided by healthcare individuals in a GP, dental or prison setting requiring an empathetic approach to claims management.
Chris provides advice and representation to ophthalmic businesses facing clinical negligence claims.
He acts for clients in pre-action claims and claims brought before the county and high courts representing defendants in claims of differing value and complexity.
He takes great pride from the large number of claims in which he has achieved discontinuance.
