Chloe joined Weightmans as a Solicitor in January 2020 having previously worked as a claimant clinical negligence lawyer for a number of years. Chloe specialises in clinical negligence litigation and health-related legal services on behalf of the NHS.

Chloe has experience across a range of complex and high-value cases including obstetrics, neurosurgery, oncology and general surgery.

Chloe is also part of the solicitor team working on the Infected Blood Inquiry acting on behalf of a core participant. More recently, Chloe has developed expertise in other areas, and has specialised in cases relating to blood transfusion and organ transplant whilst looking at unique and complex issues involving treatment with blood products in the 1970s and 1980s and the law on state of knowledge at the time.
