Charlotte joined Weightmans in January 2022 as an Associate in the Local Government team. She was subsequently promoted to Principal Associate in 2024.
Charlotte has extensive experience of handling litigated claims with a strong focus on public sector clients. She acts on behalf of local authorities and insurers specialising in abuse claims to include historical matters, multi-claimant cases and group actions.
Her particular area of expertise means that she is adept at dealing with a wide range of issues, to include matters relating to professional negligence, vicarious liability, duty of care and human rights claims.
Charlotte received comprehensive training through the National Association for People Abused in Childhood (NAPAC).
