Carole has specialised in commercial litigation since qualification in 1996. She has handled a wide range of commercial disputes in that time but now specialises in professional negligence claims particularly on behalf on various licenced conveyancers and their insurers, high value property damage and product liability claims, recoveries work, policy coverage issues and complex contractual disputes. She acts mainly for insurers, individuals, and a variety of large organisations including SMEs and PLCs. She is well regarded for injunctions and has extensive court and ADR experience, particularly mediation.

Carole joined Weightmans in February 2007 and now manages the 14 strong CDR team who have been Finalists in The Litigation Team of the Year at Manchester Legal Awards in 2014 and 2015.
