Bethany joined Weightmans in 2025 as a Principal Associate within the Large Loss team, and is based in Manchester.

Bethany qualified as a Solicitor in 2016 and has over 10 years of litigation experience. She specialises in dealing with large loss and catastrophic injury claims on behalf of insurer clients, which include traumatic brain injuries, chronic pain, amputations, polytrauma and fatal accidents.                                     

Bethany regularly handles claims where there are complex liability, technical and indemnity issues, and has a special interest in claims involving traumatic brain injuries.
