Anne-Marie is a Principal Associate in the corporate department, based in the Manchester office. Anne-Marie qualified as a solicitor in 2015 and joined Weightmans in 2018. Anne-Marie specialises in a range of corporate work, including share sales and disposals, group reorganisations, joint ventures, equity investment, shareholders' agreements, PSC requirements, asset sales, partnership agreements and general company law advice.

Anne-Marie has acted for a variety of clients including owner managed businesses, national and international corporate clients, GP and dental practices, pharmacies and institutional investors.
