Formerly of RadcliffesLeBrasseur, Alistair is a Partner in our health sector team.

Alistair is experienced in a wide range of regulatory (GMC/GDC/NMC), police/HSE/CQC and disciplinary (MHPS/NHSE) investigations and prosecutions Alistair also regularly represents clients at coroners inquests.

Alistair is regularly instructed by the defence organisations of regulated individuals, private sector healthcare providers, care home operators and private clients.

Alistair lectures and provides training both internally and externally and contributes to publications.

Alistair obtained higher rights of audience to represent clients in all courts in 2005. As one of our team of advocates, Alistair frequently appears before statutory regulators, disciplinary panels and Coroners. Alistair is also an experienced police station representative, having gained accreditation in 2003.
