She advises clients on supplier contracts, and updates their consumer terms and conditions.

Prior to qualification, Alison gained experience pursuing property damage subrogated recovery claims, as well as defending corporate motor cases.

Alison enjoys business development - she helps to manage client relationships, whilst also attending travel conferences and events, to gain industry insights and to secure new work.

Notable cases

Alison was the solicitor for the Defendant in the reported case of Correia v Williams [2022] EWHC 2824 (KB), where she was successful in setting a legal precedent regarding the approach to be adopted by the Courts, in relation to the admission of witness statements for non-English speaking witnesses.

On a different matter, Alison saved a client circa £900,000 whilst defending a chronic pain case, whereby she obtained surveillance evidence showing the Claimant had severely exaggerated their injuries, and artificially inflated the level of damages claimed.
