Weightmans has retained its position on a legal framework to provide services to one of the largest affordable housing providers in England.
The firm will continue its long-term partnership with The Guinness Partnership over the next four years, supporting it with a range of housing management legal services, including tenancy management and disrepair.
Sian Evans, partner at Weightmans, said:
“This appointment is further proof of our standing within the sector and the high level of expertise, valued working relationships and outstanding client service we have already delivered for The Guinness Partnership.
“We are very proud to continue our long-standing relationship. It is an organisation that shares our values in putting its customers’ needs first, and we look forward to supporting it in providing the very best service to its customers across the country.”
The new framework is effective from January 2025.
The Guinness Partnership was founded over 135 years ago and is one of the largest affordable housing providers in England. Guinness is committed to improving people’s lives by providing as many high-quality affordable homes as possible, and the housing services that residents most need. Guinness has nearly 160,000 residents across the country, living in nearly 70,000 homes.
