Weightmans has clinched a top honour at the inaugural Legal 500 ESG Awards 2024.
Celebrating the very best ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives across the UK legal market — private practice, in-house and the Bar — the awards recognise organisations and individuals for their efforts to bring about change across all aspects of ESG, including diversity and inclusion and environmental and sustainability strategy.
Weightmans was the recipient of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Initiative of the Year award.

It comes after Weightmans was awarded Top Employer status by global body, Top Employers Institute for the 17th year in a row — entering the top ten rankings once again in 2024, in recognition of its people-centric policies.
