In terms of consultation, our understanding from CBI is that multiple consultations will be launched within the next few months (but the details are yet to be confirmed), particularly in the high priority categories such as day 1 rights to be offered under the Employment Rights bill. We will keep you up to date on how best to contribute to any such consultation as and when we know.
