We advised Future Transport Zone programme in negotiating all ancillary agreements with (e.g.) local transport suppliers and key local landowners (including the Unitary Authorities, North Bristol NHS Trust and the University of the West of England) relating to the roll out of the programme in addition to the principal supplier contract for each project.
This has been highly complex as the projects involve multiple stakeholders and multiple contractual relationships, with the Combined Authority at the heart.
