We represent an individual scout leader following the death of a scout in 2018.
The deceased was on a scout’s trip up the Great Orme when he tragically fell to his death. This long running case has been subject to two aborted inquests, both before a jury, starting in 2019. The inquest is hopefully going to take place later this calendar year before the Assistant Coroner and his jury in North Wales.
There are many KCs, barristers, law firms and even Counsel to the inquest engaged.
The media are also running this as a headline case.
