We act on behalf of the Council in relation to this matter. It concerned the placement of a P in supported living for a period of assessment. Having been assessed he was deemed to require a less restrictive environment.
We advised during the course of the application to the Court of Protection and thereafter in relation to the change in place and moving P, who refused to leave the property.
