Anne qualified in 1985. She is a specialist in site
acquisition, development projects, joint ventures, forward funding
and regeneration and remediation of brown field sites.
She heads up the Healthcare property team acting on behalf of
Foundation Trusts, NHS Trusts, PCTs and Strategic Health
Authorities and other health sector clients.
She also acts regularly on behalf of either Landlords
or Tenants in Lease transactions. She has expertise in all aspects
of banking work including in particular secured lending and
development finance.
Anne provides property support to the Corporate Restructuring
and Insolvency team acting on behalf of Administrators, LPA
Receivers, Liquidators on the sale of property and associated
transactions.
Clients include property developers in the retail,
residential, industrial and leisure sectors, health authorities,
blue chip companies, local authorities, pension funds.
